Dr. Trent McCord grew up in Northwest Arkansas and attended William Jewell College in Kansas City, MO, where he met his wife, Sara. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he served as class vice president and received the Edward L. Wilson Award.

Committed to his community, Dr. McCord volunteers as a dentist with the Samaritan Community Center in Northwest Arkansas, where he was named Volunteer of the Year in 2015. He has also joined the board of Dustin's Dream and frequently travels to Guatemala to provide donated dental care.

Dr. McCord and Sara have three daughters—Collins, Finley, and Perin—a son named Tate, and two dogs, Bourbon and Rye. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, reading, fishing, and cheering for the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Dr. Alyssa LeBoeuf earned her undergraduate degree from Pittsburg State University before completing her Doctorate in Dentistry at Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. A native of Northwest Arkansas, she returned to the area and has been part of the Mint Dental Care team since November 2020. Her interest in dentistry was sparked by her own experience with a congenitally missing tooth and a strong desire to alleviate pain and improve smiles for others.

Outside of the office, Dr. LeBoeuf enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and pets. They have an outdoor cat named Obi who loves playing in the snow and rain, and during quarantine, they adopted a Border Collie named Arlo, who joins them on hikes, fishing trips, and camping adventures.

Dr. Long Thao joined the Mint Dental Care team in January 2022 after relocating to Northwest Arkansas from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He earned his Doctorate in Dentistry from the University of Minnesota in 2014. Dr. Thao is dedicated to helping patients who might otherwise go without necessary treatment.

He is married with four children. A passionate sports fan, Dr. Thao is a diehard Vikings supporter and enjoys spending his time with family in the Siloam Springs area. In his spare time, he plays with his kids and fishes for largemouth bass. His love for the outdoors stems from his background as an Eagle Scout.

Dr. Jennifer Matousek-Ronck moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2008, though she originally hails from Oklahoma. She earned her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where she served as class president. 

Dr. Matousek-Ronck is married to her childhood sweetheart, and together they have four children: Emma, Ava, John Reid, and Preston. They love traveling, spending time on the lake, and enjoying various outdoor activities that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. With a special passion for working with children, Dr. Matousek-Ronck takes great joy in caring for most of our pediatric patients.

Tasha was the first hygienist to join Mint Dental Care but now exclusively serves as the Office Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from UAFS in 2016 and joined the Mint team in June of that year. Tasha is married to Jordan, and they have two daughters, Zoe and Isabel. She enjoys spending time with her family and their two French Bulldogs, Harley Quinn and Zusi. Outside of work, Tasha loves immersing herself in fantasy novels and spending time with her family in NWA.

Veronica is a Registered Dental Hygienist who completed her dental hygiene education at Missouri Southern State University in 2016. She became a part of the Mint team in the fall of 2016. Fluent in Spanish and a native of Northwest Arkansas, Veronica has a passion for coffee, anything pink and glittery, plants, and chocolate. When she’s not working, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her friends, family, and dogs.

Kimberly is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over ten years of experience in the field. A native of Springdale, she received her Dental Hygiene education from Missouri Southern State University. Outside of work, Kimberly loves spending time outdoors, reading on her patio, walking her Goldendoodle, Stella, hiking, and enjoying moments with family and friends.

Bailey is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from MSSU in May 2021 and joined the Mint team in June of the same year. She enjoys spending weekends with friends and family and exploring all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

Jamie joined Mint Dental Care in December 2022, bringing with her a degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, where she graduated in 2021. Known for her sweet and bubbly personality, Jamie is beloved by patients and valued by her coworkers. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her poodle, Edgar, and is a dedicated "tent camper" who embraces the true camping experience, steering clear of "glamping."

Kylie is a recent graduate with a degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. In her free time, she enjoys being with her friends, family, and dogs. In the summer, you can usually find her at a baseball game or relaxing at the lake!

Kenzie is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith and joined the Mint team in June 2023. On her days off, she enjoys cooking, painting her nails, and playing frisbee with her Australian Shepherd.

Eron is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined the Mint team in June 2024. Originally from the Southwest Missouri area, she recently married in October and has a young son. Eron enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, and staying active through gym workouts and golfing with her husband. At home, she has two dogs, Nala and Togo, and a cat named Tigger.

Dany has been with our office since 2017, having worked in various roles including front office, clinical assistant, and currently as our Lab Lead. In this role, she excels at designing crowns, dentures, night guards, and other essential dental products. Dany is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and quickly mastering new skills. Originally from Honduras, she has lived in NWA since she was five. Outside of work, she enjoys grilling for her family or going on bike rides around NWA with her husband, daughter, and son. An Enneagram 9, Dany has a sweet tooth for sour candy and chocolate cake!

Arlete joined the Mint Team in November 2021 after relocating from Massachusetts. With over 20 years of dental experience, she initially came on board as an assistant and has since expanded her role to include lab work, where she assists with designing and milling crowns, handling in-office ortho cases, and more. In her free time, Arlete enjoys mountain biking, roller skating, hiking, and playing with her French Bulldog.

Lacey is our efficient and detail-oriented Lead Dental Assistant, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping the team motivated and on track. She joined our Mint Team in June of 2022 and has quickly become an essential part of our office. Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, friends, and family, and you’ll often find her sporting her signature cheetah print style.

Raigen began shadowing at our office in 2022 and officially joined us as an assistant in the summer of 2023 after obtaining her RDA license. Originally from Mississippi, she moved to Arkansas in 2016. Raigen enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog Apollo, as well as watching sunrises and sunsets. She also loves traveling, trying new foods, and cooking.

Mauricio joined our team as a dental assistant in October 2022. He earned his dental assisting license in 2020 from PETRA, a local assisting school. Originally from Compton, CA, Mauricio moved to Rogers, AR in 2008. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, reading books, writing songs and poetry, listening to music, and working out. Mauricio has even written his own song, which you can find on YouTube under #MVSoul!

Yashika began with our office as an intern and officially joined the assistant team in January 2023. Originally from New York City, she has lived in Bentonville since she was five. Outside of work, Yashika enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her dog. She loves traveling, watching TV, and relaxing. A fun fact about Yashika is that she speaks three languages!

Brisa joined the Mint Dental Care team in January 2023 and has been a registered dental assistant since 2022. She brings a strong passion for patient care and is dedicated to making every visit a positive experience. Outside of work, Brisa loves to unwind with a good book and a cup of coffee, as well as staying active by hitting the gym. She’s also an avid traveler and enjoys exploring new places with her friends.

Katie moved to Northwest Arkansas from Ohio in 2016 and joined Mint Dental in July 2022, bringing 8 years of experience in dental administration. In 2024, she transitioned to the role of dental assistant and is now immersing herself in all things clinical. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her dogs and cats, as well as kayaking, fishing, and cooking.

Hector is a dental assistant at Mint Dental Care, having joined the team in March 2024. Originally from Rogers, Arkansas, he brings a passion for patient care and a strong work ethic to the office every day. Outside of work, Hector enjoys analyzing music and playing soccer, staying active and creative in his free time. He is also a proud dog owner to China, a playful Husky-Labrador mix who keeps him company at home. Hector values the balance of work, hobbies, and time with his loyal furry friend.

Jenn is dedicated to helping our patients make the most of their insurance benefits. She originally came to Mint as a patient in 2017 and loved the office so much that she joined our team in March 2020. Jenn is a dog lover with a senior pup at home, Brutus, a 15-year-old Boston Terrier. A University of Alabama graduate, Jenn is a passionate Crimson Tide fan—Roll Tide!

Bailey has been with Mint since January 2023. Before transitioning to dentistry, she worked as a hairstylist and decided to dive into the dynamic world of dental care. Born and raised in Bentonville, she moved to Kansas City a few years ago, where she met her wife, Haily. A year later, they returned to NWA. Outside of the office, Bailey is likely spending time with her four cats, shopping, or watching Marvel movies.

Chris is the Front Lead at Mint Dental Care and has been with the team since June 25, 2019. With 15 years of experience in the dental field, she brings extensive knowledge and leadership to her role. Originally from Indiana, Chris has also lived in Connecticut, New Jersey, and Texas, giving her a diverse background and perspective. She has been happily married for 6 years and is a proud mother to two grown children, along with three dogs—Jade, a 13-year-old English Golden Retriever; Yeti, an 8-year-old rescued Lab-Pit mix; and Duke, an 8-year-old rescued Pitbull. Outside of work, Chris enjoys reading, cooking, and spending quality time with friends.

Cyndi has lived in NWA her entire life. Before transitioning to a career in dentistry, she spent 10 years in aviation. She and her husband, along with their two teenagers, reside in Bentonville to stay close to their families. In her free time, Cyndi enjoys anything that glitters, camping, shopping, and playing trivia and board games with her family. The highlight of her day is seeing people’s smiles!

Katie is our Hygiene Coordinator at Mint Dental Care, joining the team in February 2024. A West Coast native, she is married to a US Veteran and is a proud mother to a son in grade school and a daughter in the US Air Force. Outside of work, Katie enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, playing video games, and cooking homemade meals for her family, along with caring for their two pets, Kiki the Nebelung cat and Bear the Pitbull.

Abbey recently relocated back to her home state of Arkansas after spending 12 years in Florida, where she managed a youth conservation corps overseeing chainsaw and trail crews across the southeastern U.S. She worked closely with organizations like the US Forest Service, Fish & Wildlife Service, and the National Park Service, on projects that often involved collaboration with Native American tribes. A passionate outdoor enthusiast, Abbey enjoys gardening, hiking with her 3-year-old daughter, and spending time with her dog, Mowgli. After becoming a mother, she pursued a career change and earned her Certified Professional Coder credential through ASU Three Rivers. Abbey is thrilled to be part of the Mint Dental Care team, where she feels fortunate to work with such a supportive staff and wonderful patients.

Val, originally from Kinsley, Kansas, but raised in Grand Junction, Colorado, has lived in Fayetteville for the past 5 years. She joined Mint Dental as a Treatment Coordinator on July 31st, 2024, after spending much of her adult career in the adult and child welfare field, and she’s excited about the transition to the dental industry. Outside of work, Val enjoys spending time with her two sons, Tray (14) and Marquez (12), diving into arts and crafts, listening to music, and cooking, with her kitchen being her favorite place to unwind.

Bourbon is a Bernedoodle who has completed six weeks of off-site training to become a certified therapy dog for Mint Dental Care. He adores his toy llama and enjoys going on walks, though he’s not a fan of balloons. Bourbon's favorite sports teams are the Razorbacks and the Chiefs. Be sure to ask for Bourbon at your next visit!

Weller is a Bernedoodle who, like Bourbon, has completed six weeks of off-site training to become a certified therapy dog. He loves naps, attention, and going on walks, and his adorable puppy dog eyes make it hard not to shower him with affection all day long. Be sure to ask for Weller at your next visit!
